A twelve day course for project leaders and process owners that provides them with the knowledge and confidence to challenge the status quo.
Overview
This course provides improvement practitioners with the necessary tools and techniques to lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects. It provides hands on project experience and develops technical knowledge to provide both quantitative and qualitative analysis. The unique blend of theory and practical application provides candidates with the skills and confidence necessary to deliver projects. The training is both practical and interactive, and provides a real opportunity to deliver quick wins. This is achieved through the delivery of a live business project which should be identified prior to the commencement of training. A period of approximately one month is left between classroom sessions to allow delegates the opportunity to progress their projects.
Who should attend?
All staff expected to lead improvement projects and managers of green belts who require practical experience of Lean Six Sigma.
Prerequisites
To fully benefit from the development program it is essential that delegates have a project identified and scoped. Delegates must also have access to a laptop computer with Minitab v14, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint installed.
