INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION

Aims

The aim of this course is to enable participants to develop and implement systems which comply with two or more internationally recognised standards specifically to their organisation and broaden their knowledge of management systems standards in order to integrate systems that provide effective and efficient use of limited human, technical and financial resources.

Profile

This flexible programme can be built around a number of recognised management system standards. Modules are selected and matched together to provide in-company courses ranging in length from two to five days.

For effective system integration, participants should be directly involved in the development of systems at a management level and ideally possess a working knowledge of at least one recognised standard.
