Aims

The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to perform integrated management system audits.

At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Understand the principles and mechanisms for the integration of Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management Systems
Appreciate the importance of the legislative and regulatory requirements for the business in structuring an integrated approach
Prepare, implement, report and track internal audits of management systems in an integrated manner
Contribute to the development, improvement and integration of their organisation’s management system

Profile

This interactive course is designed to provide a practical approach to the use of auditing as a tool to help achieve an integrated management system. It approaches the integration of management systems from a risk management perspective, encouraging participants to take the broadest possible view of the processes in their organisation and the risk sources that need to be identified, controlled and improved. It also considers the implications of multi-standard certification and develops the basis for an integrated approach to management systems auditing.
