Aims

Participants will develop the necessary skills to implement and maintain an effective quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

This course has been designed with the intention of:

Developing an understanding of Quality in the context of ISO 9001:2008.
Assisting in the identification of actions that managers need to take to implement and gain certification to ISO 9001:2008.
Providing a workshop to identify actions needed to implement processes to meet the standard.
